When I traveled to Ecuador for six weeks in August 2013, I discovered not only the Spanish language but also my passion for traveling. Since then, I’ve been trying to see as much of the world as possible, gathering experiences, getting to know other cultures and people and satisfying my desire to travel.
When I’m not traveling, I volunteer in my semester breaks in the youth work of my home village by helping to organize and run children’s camps. I also love it to read historical novels, go hiking in the mountains or do crazy things with my friends.
Interest in the project:
Already as a little girl I found it bad and especially unfair, that there are so many people living in poverty and I had decided that I would like to change something when I am “big”. This has not changed to this day, even if you can not necessarily call 1.65m as big. Our project finally gives me the opportunity, to put this plan into action.
I hope that our project will help people in Puerto Plata, who have limited access to medical care. And so make the world a little bit better.
